Nikon Zf user needs help with manual CPU lenses. When using a manual focus lens with CPU contacts the camera forces me to stop down to the smallest aperture to use a command dial to control the aperture. What am I missing? How do I correct this? It must be user error by me as no one complains about

Who knew? I used my Nikon AF 28-105 D on my Zf yesterday. This was my first time with it on my Zf. It was surprisingly sharp on on Z5 so I though I'd play with it. I saw my subject on a pier railing and thought try macro since I've never used it. I'm very surprised with the bubble bokeh and result

All pics are SOOC. I used Standard (colour), Flat Mono, & Deep Tone Mono. Has anyone else noticed or experienced this? Am I wrong thinking Deep Tone is basically an Orange filter simulation? Weirdly it didn't change my orange marmalade.

I was playing with a Sigma APO 50-200 f3.5-4.5 on my Zf at my local camera store and wasn't ready for this shot when this happened. It's not perfect but when life gives you lemons you make lemonade. I had fun playing with this lens and even in its imperfect state I like it.

The thought of McDonald’s Poutine is simultaneously intriguing and terrifying.

Aww, cripes. I didn't know I'd have to write a description. How many words is that so far, like a hundred? Soooo, yeah. Mildly interesting stuff. Stuff that interests you. Mildly. It's in the name, ffs.

I've procrastinated trying Phoenix for the 1st time. The following mess was shot using a Nikon F3HP, Nikon 28-105mm f3.5-4.5 D lens, and film rated ISO160. The weather was bright and sunny. I was feeling experimental. The cars were shot with a polariser.
