Does anyone know about the long since closed/ removed rest area on I205 southbound in West Linn? There is still a very large gravel turnout there. I was told it was closed decades ago due to unsavory activities.
Is emergency response to druggie vagrant overdose incidents worth the risk to the community? Fire department responding to emergency is a risky business. Is it worth it for saving useless druggie junkies?
