What can I use to get a consistent overcut at the CAM (not CAD) level? e.g. This slit is specified as 0.2" but my smallest bit is 0.25". My CAM seems to want to preserve the workpiece at all cost - I want to instead preserve open space at all cost. Tried Fusion also for CAM but can't figure it out.

Is it important that this slit is cut out and goes through the board? I bought a G10 board like this from Amazon, but it didn't contain that slit as pictured - the lip at the back is just a solid. It seems to work but not sure if the X1C uses that slit to clean the nozzle or something?

What's the best workflow/software to go from the blue scan below to a form that will fit snug to it (green at the bottom). I ended up cutting up a Cube in Blender & then boolean diff it from the scan - but it took hours. I want to keep the scan as a mesh - but just cut it out of a solid model.
