No need to be rude about it :disapproval:. I'm not asking to be chauffeur to the front. I am suggesting flexibility(extended to everyone) during the process, such as placeholder documents that show good faith in acquiring the finalized version... in my mind, that extends to degree transcripts, certifications, or in my case, my separation SF50. But not just that, there are numerous arbitrary areas where Government hiring can go down the tube, all for reasons that have very little if anything to do with someone's ability to perform the job. But I digress. It is a lost opportunity that I only hold myself truly accountable for, and I will have the correct form if there is a next time, because I will do better next time.

It's more like I think they should be more flexible during the hiring process, since their systems are so bogged down with bureaucracy. They expect applicants to turn on a dime, while they couldn't turn on the circumference on the planet
