You’ve displayed INCREDIBLE strength just to get to this point with all you’ve described. I’m also 30 and recently quit - I think of 30 as a bit of a defining moment. You clearly have the strength but I recommend getting support (therapy etc psychologytoday.com connects you to providers that match your needs) I know that’s cliche but there’s a reason it’s so recommended. I’m not sure what to do about the housing but there is a solution that will come to you - keep faith and maybe look into state help or mutual aid funds maybe?
