Okay, I've played all souls games and just finishing up elden ring soon. Question...
Has there ever been an interview of the developers explaining why there can never be a nice or at least okay ending for side characters where they don't die!? It's like, whoever we help always meets a bad end and if the quest has choices(like whether to betray them or not somehow) the "evil" choice usually has the best rewards!? What is up with all that...?
