ICE at Montrose

Guess this is more east Williamsburg/Bushwick but still posting here. Saw 3 people 2 hours ago dressed in normal clothes at the Montrose L subway station stop someone and ask for their passport. Claimed they were ICE but didn’t seem to have the vest (maybe it was under their outerwear)?
