Why can’t people be normal about this movie

Specifically on social media, like Reddit and Twitter since that’s where I’ve been. All the daily viral hate, like everyone is losing their minds over this movie before it’s even out, specifically about Ariana and Cynthia or the creative choices or marketing. I have no problem with criticism obviously, but I’ve never seen something like this especially after everyone had so much fun with the Barbie marketing campaign leading up to its release.
