Everyone in the world 18 and older disappears, can the world survive?

You ever hear a kid say that they wish grown ups were gone and kids ruled the world? Well what if that actually happened? Everyone on the planet that is 18 or older disappears. How long would humanity last? One thing to note is that the 17 year olds turning 18 will still be there.
