Which dress is better? Having dress regret

I love both dresses... However after seeing the second dress (online - haven't tried it on), I'm feeling major dress regret.

Thoughts and honest opinions? Now I'm considering forfeiting my deposit and buying the second one if I like it, once I try it on. :(
