What activity level am I?
I’ve been trying to lose weight and I’ve used walking as a tool to help shed those extra pounds. When I’m trying to do some TDEE calculations, I am unsure what category of activity level I am. I try my hardest to do at least 5k steps a day but sometimes I fall a bit short or a bit over. This is what a normal week tends to look like for me. I think I would probably be slightly active? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
