How do I become a vtuber?

Okay i'm just gonna cut to the chase. I would like to become a vtuber but the problem is that i don't know how i have a twitch a youtube account setup but i don't know how to get a vtuber avatar I know I can just draw a design but the problem is I don't know how to draw and not only that but I also need to know how to get a vtuber model that will track my face is there anyway I can commission this stuff I would really appreciate if someone answered that would really help me out.
