Sketchy Guest Request

Last week we received a request from a guest. The name was just their initials. They did not send a message regarding the request, and their profile said they joined in 2025 with no reviews. We declined the request based on lack of information and it felt off. Today, we received another request from the same individual. Again, no information (usually guests send us a message saying they're coming for x reason, they are excited to stay, etc.).

Most of our bookings come from AirBnB, so I wanted to check with other VRBO hosts. Does VRBO normally have guests ratings shown when they book? Does this also seem sketchy?
