How are your 2025 weekly summer rentals going?

Hi, we've been hosting for 12 years up in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. We have a 6 bedroom house and rent by the week in the summers, typically to multigenerational family groups and to a few repeat guests. Most years we've been halfway booked for the summer by now, but we only have one week in August so far. Our rates haven't changed in the last 2 years. Is anyone else in a similar market noticing a downtown? Any advice?
