Why are so many artists pressing their live albums?

Taylor Swift re-released Lover LLP, Dua Lipa released her live album, Noah Kahan is releasing one soon, Gracie Abrams is dropping one for RSD, Niall Horan dropped two live recordings on vinyl...

I know live albums aren't new to records, and I've listed only pop artists that I've noticed have been recording new stuff lately but is there a reason all these artists are putting out live albums on records?
