problems with reverse tummy tuck?

Does anyone have "dents" in their abdomen from where the surgeon made internal stitches to pull the skin up and tighten? As if there is a stitch underneath? That's what my surgeon is saying is going on, but 13 days post op and it's still there. I know that is not a long time, but I am getting anxious it is not going to go away.
