A painful transformation?

Just wondering if anyone is turned on by the thought of how a transformation would feel & think that the sensation of the transformation is erotic? Not just aroused by becoming something else, but how it would feel good or bad. I always remember watching the first Howling movie & how painful the transformation looked & they liked it as opposed to other movies where it was excruciating.
