Is it medical?

I know tophia has unfortunate genes. We all know it we’ve seen mamachu. My question is- is there something medical about her hairline/eyes/forehead wrinkles? I used to know some guy who had a wrinkly back of his head and that’s what it reminds me of. Her face is just so… droopy I guess? Is that a medical condition she refuses to acknowledge because she hates doctors? I know someone’s gonna comment and be like “Neanderthal genes” but I’m serious, what IS that? Her hairline constantly looks like it’s not.. formed? Idk. Is it “uncombable hair syndrome” or literally just her not taking care of textured hair? I think I have curly hair but idk how to care for it so I always straighten it. Which she could totally do if she really wanted, but I feel like her hairline itself is some kind of anomaly. The actual hair itself sits on her head like a helmet. I see it on mamachu too where it’s just a hideous helmet like it’s not even actually growing from their head. I think I’ve had a few bad wigs that look kinda like that. Pic for reference I suppose.
