Price disparity in US vs Overseas

I’m not sure what it means but Pres Trump was talking about tariffs and went off as he does on a side issue which was how Ozempic & Munjaro are over $1000 here on the US and $120 overseas, and the drug companies are gouging Americans. Doesn’t sound like they’re going to be going after the compounders. Don’t know tho.
