Invocator Hit Chance?

Hello, guys!
I'm in doubt whether I should focus on getting more melee evasion to cap at 1900+, or if I should aim for 800+ magic hit chance.
How much is the minimum acceptable magic hit chance? Is 695 enough for PvP?
I'm focusing on being a pure healer with decent damage capability
