Does anyone agree that we need the pvp system linage 2 had ?

So basically every time u are outside a town or village aka peace zone . Its pvp zone If u attack smone u get flaged pvp If the other Person fight back he also get flaged pvp But if he doesnt. And u just kill him u get karma . Karma flags your name red . If u die with karma there is a big possibility to loose loot from your inventory or gear U loose karma if u die . Or killing mobs
