Looking for beginner Advice

Becoming a passport bro in January. Currently planning a trip with a friend to a country undecided yet.

What would be some recommend countries for a Hispanic male who can speak Spanish? Would a Spanish speaking country like Columbia be best for me? Or an Asian/Eastern European one where I would stand out more?

Also is setting your tinder profile to that country any sort of gauge of how well one would do?
