I think I’ve seen everything!-Need new recs!

I am very picky about what I watch and I feel like I’ve seen everything that I would like. Can anyone suggest anything similar to this list of shows I’m watching/have watched… I do have Netflix but never use it. I would love something with a few seasons since most of the shows below are only one episode a week.
