Review of a surprisingly good $8.00US 100g emei green tea

Tea doesn't have to be expensive to be good. While most of my experience wirh tea has been wirh pu erhs, raw and ripe, I gotta say I really enjoy this tea. Included are pictures of the first 3 steeps.

Like most green teas this one is very particular about water temperature, steep time, and amount of leaves. For this review I added a little extra in an attempt to get more flavor out of it.

I will be going over 3 T's of anything I review. Taste, texture, and tummy feel (i definitely didn't steal this). Each category will be ranked 1-10, with 30 being the highest possible score.

In terms of taste its very similar to alot of other green teas that I have tried, and it is surprisingly good for the price. It has floral undertones with that distinct green tea freshness, all in all I really do like this tea. I give the taste a solid 7/10.

Texture, or mouth feel (mouth feel doesn't have the same ring to it), it on point. Alot of green teas, or teas in general almost feel like it's drying out my mouth. This one does to an extent, but no where near as much as other teas in this price bracket. I give the texture a respectable 6/10

Now the weird one, tummy feel. Tummy feel is how it makes me feel afterwards. Teas in general make me feel refreshed and gets me going, and other teas make me feel sluggish or gives me a tummy ache. Maybe that's just me, but my body is particular about what it wants. This tea is about perfect in this category. It gives me a nice, refreshed feeling after I'm done, and doesn't irritate my insides nearly as bad as some other teas that I have tried. I give tummy feel a very good 9/10.

This tea gets a 22/30 which is a very good score, and considering the price if you see this in stores I really recommend picking up! More expensive and premium teas will of course be better, but I'm not ranking based on soley the quality, I am also including the price and amount you get in my conclusions.

I hope you all have a wonderful day and drink some tea!
