Help! Is this shop reasonable?

Hi all! After some research I'm planning to make my first purchase of good loose leaf tea soon. I of course have perused the suggested vendors list but I like to shop local and there is a local guy with a well respected online store. The only issue is that I have no idea what is reasonable price wise. Anyone willing to take a peek? I'm ok paying a little bit more to support a local vendor but not too much. I'm planning to get the "tea party in a box" for my first purchase just to get a sense of a variety of teas but plan to purchase more later on.
