Windows 11 22H2 still not connecting to enterprise wifi based on PEAP

The win 11 laptops after upgrading to 22H2 still cannot connect to enterprise wifi based on PEAP. I have reviewed all posts regarding this issue and have tried disabling device guard, also tried with forcing TLS 1.2, but none of this helped. Which is suprising me, since I have seen a lot of comments claiming that helped. What I also have tried is updating the Intel driver for wifi card to the newest version.

What else I can try? Does it make sense to set 'Disabled" on Turn On Virtualization based Security, if it was set to Not Configured by defaults? This question is extra one, for curiosity only, since I tried to change to Disabled and still cannot connect. All windows 10 are able to connect at the same time.
