More info on my fanmade Wii-U roster

Mr. L - He would have some moves similar to luigi except his side B would be to throw a poison dart.

Kooper - Would work like a regular koopa troopa, his side B would be like yoshis egg roll except hed be in a shell instead of an egg.

Paper Mario - he would have an entirely different moveset, his side b would be to splash other fighters with paint/color (color splash reference) the more paint on them, the more damage they take from attacks (yes ik i stole that from inkling) his side smash would be a spike
Toon Zelda - would be a semi clone of zelda

Tetra - would be a semi clone of sheik
Magolor - entirely new moveset

Bandana Dee - would be incredibly fast

King Bob-Omb - his side b would be able to have a bob-omb run around the map and explode randomly, his b special would be able to throw bombs. his grab up would give him the ability to pick players up and throw them (mario 64 boss battle reference)

Raichu - would be similar to pikachu but faster, has three jumps instead of the regular two, his side b would let him be able to glide around on his tail quickly

Hector - would be similar to ike but with an axe, His b special would let him throw an axe (similar to simon)

Ridley - same moveset in ultimate

Dixie Kong - semi clone of diddy kong, her up special would let her be able to fly with her hair, she would be able to grab people from far away and grab ledges from far away with her hair, (similar to samus's grab)

Alph - would be a semi clone of olimar, except he would have different pikmin that would do different things

Chrom - entirely new moveset

Isabelle - same moveset as villager

Tom Nook - new moveset, he would be able to let his children take hits for him and his b down special would be like marths or peaches

Ashley - able to poison people, her b down special is similar to jigglypuffs

Waluigi - brand new moveset

Tails - super fast and has three jumps like raichu, his up special would let him glide up with his tails

Knuckles: would have a lot of spikes and is hard hitting but has a shitty recovery

Shadow - has the same b special as dark samus

Eggman - would be able to use a lot of robots to use as shields

Petey Piranha - would be a hard hitter but would have a pretty bad recovery, (not as bad as dr. marios or little macs)

Scorpion - has the same moveset he does in mortal kombat
