book by a woman, about women, where the plot centers on betrayal and vengeance.

I am a trans woman, who has been reading a lot of Donald Westlake's books. I have read the entire Parker series. Its very male dominated, low-key sexist and homophobic, and centers on betrayal and revenge frequently. I am thinking that I should de-center men in my media diet so that I can understand other women better. But, I still really like the themes of betrayal and revenge in literature. So I am looking for a book by a female author, about female characters, where the plot is around the characters betraying each other and seeking vengeance for that betrayal. Can any of you think of anything that fits the bill that you recommend?
