Settle a debate. Medium, or medium rare?

I think this is medium and wife thinks medium rare. I've seen steaks I thought were rare that people say medium so idk anymore lol. What do you guys think? I was shooting for more on the rare side of a medium rare. I actually got a nice sear this time.
