Does this have a spiritual meaning?

I had a very strange dream tonight

In my dream I was at a hospital. There I was going to get an x ray of my body. The x ray then showed that there was a big lizard animal which took up half my body. I wasn’t a specific animal, but i could see it was a lizard of some kind. The doctor then told my to pull it out myself, which I did😄

I has never dreamt anything like it before, and therefore I was thinking it could have a deeper meaning 😃
