Seeking feedback on starting an indoor play space for children (with a focus on parental comfort)

I am currently in the brainstorming and planning stage of opening a new business, and would love some feedback about it. Here's the gist:

I am a SAHM to a 1.5yo in a rapidly-growing area. Over the past year, I have visited virtually every indoor play area for children within 30-35 minutes from my home (and there are way fewer than you'd think, considering the population of my county), from franchised children's gyms, to large indoor playgrounds with rides/slides, to music classes held in a variety of random locations, to tiny places that are basically just rooms full of toys and charge an entrance fee to play. I visit these places 4-6 times per week (since it is incredibly hot where I live, I'm always looking for indoor activities), and from this experience I truly believe there is a need for my business idea, which is:

A small (1500-2000 sf), clean, modern and aesthetically-pleasing, indoor play space, full of a large variety of toys, laid out in organized sections (everything you can think of: Montessori toys, play kitchens, blocks, cars, musical toys, dress-up clothes, etc.). There will be an entrance fee (for children only) and children are free to play as long as they want there for the day (my guess would be that most would stay for only 1-2.5 hours). The special part about this is that there will be a large emphasis on the comfort of the parents as well: there will be ample and comfortable seating (think sofas), with a clear view of the entire, child-proofed play area (so parents don't have to stress about their children constantly, or follow them around the place), soft and kid-appropriate adult music (think Colbie Caillat), and unlimited free coffee. Parents are still required to supervise their kids (as they would anywhere), but they can do so comfortably, while seated, in a clean, air-conditioned environment, while perhaps chatting with other adults, drinking coffee, checking their phone, etc. It will also be open 11 hours per day, 7 days per week. I can't even tell you how often I would go to a place like this if I found one.

Several things to note:
-My husband has a high-paying, steady job, so we can make a decent upfront investment in the business, and it's okay if we don't make a profit or make the investment back for a year or two.
-I plan to hire part-time employees to run the place (since it's low maintenance, only one employee at the location a time is needed), for hopefully a bit above minimum wage.
-I know that things like hosting birthday parties or adding a real coffeeshop inside would be very lucrative, but I would like this business to be as low maintenance as possible, at least at first, and so would like to focus solely on simple open play.
-I have already looked into insurance quotes, and it shouldn't be too expensive to insure the business, since there are no dangerous structures (i.e., no trampolines, no slides, etc.).

Lastly, based on the numbers I ran, I need about 20 kids per day to break even, 30 to make a modest profit, and 40 to make a profit I'd be content with. Does 40 kids per day seem reasonable?

Any other feedback or suggestions are also welcome, thank you!
