Frustrated with CITI connection

Hello

At this point it's so annoying and frustrating that I can't work with my citi credit card accounts. I've tried everything from every reddit thread and I don't think I should even be trying all the hacks since I'm paying for the service. Can someone please help me with any information on if there is going to be a fix or an alternative that can sync with citi before I cancel the subscription. Sorry for the rant.
