Is this mold or mycelium?

I ordered 7 gs of Shakti from a good vendor and only one of the mushrooms has a bit of fuzz on it, on the bottom. They smell like mushrooms, look like mushrooms, but this one is very soft and fuzzy at the base. Is that okay? It's just white fuzz
