hearing random whispers?

idk how to start this but for about a week i have been hearing whisper at like random times(mostly while at home)here comes the embarrassing part… it’s like kinda telling me to hurt myself? i have had experiences(sorry if this sounds wrong btw) with sh before but there was never a voice?it’s always kind of a dark voice?and sometimes it’s just murmurs and scary the shit out of my especially while in public places can anyone provide what this is causing maybe sleep deprivation or something idk
