Looking for books about mind transfer

Hi everyone!

I’d like to use crowd wisdom and see if there are any decent books that have human-to-human mind transfer as a main topic or as a technology.

Ideally there’ll be something like this: Alice can upload her whole persona to Bob’s mind and Bob is able to perceive the world around as if he was Alice while simultaneously keeping his own personality as an observer or even a manager. And he’ll be like ‘omg what a weird string of thought’ or ‘this reaction is a weird one’.

So basically searching for a fantasy novel where humanity gained ability to see the world with each other’s eyes and the outcomes of that ability on personal and society levels.
