Looking for an apartment with an attached garage

I'm looking to move into an apartment in the next few months. My top requirements are an attached garage and gated community and my budget is $1,000-$1,400. I would prefer to stay around 1604 and 10 (La Cantera, The Rim, etc.) or 1604 and 281 (Stone Oak). Does anyone have any recommendations? I was looking at Cortland Estates at TPC, but I see a lot of mixed reviews. Thanks!
