Will there be a special round after r3

As you guys know there has been a lot of delays this year, which will not doubt leave seats vacant. Do you guys think they will conduct a special round for it the remaining seats? Although those seats can be filled with mgmnt, but colleges are restricted to do that all to a certain extent.
