Looking for Running Session Ideas for Mixed Ability Group (~60 min)

Hi all!

I’m currently in charge of developing an exercise program for an Army school. We have about an hour every [weekday] morning to work with. There is a wide range of running ability among the group, so I’m looking for some ideas that can cater to that while also being somewhat interesting/creative (not everyone is thrilled about running). I plan to devote 2-3 of the 5 days to some sort of running/cardio-based workout. If you have any suggestions, please share!
