My favorite setup
Good morning men. I wanted to post a pic of my favorite setup. This is an extended Stealth Retainer (45mm) paired with the DTR gripper from ChrisOnlineStore.com and the 4.5 ounce steel bulge from StealthRetainers.com. I wear this device during all hours awake. It is comfortable; it doesn't slip; and you can make it pee-through by unscrewing the steel bulge whenever you need to use the bathroom. It is also shaped like a dick so it is discreet under your clothes (but if you're wearing flimsy shorts, people might think you're hung like a horse).
I've been experimenting with different weights & grippers for the past few weeks. Personally, I do not like the SR gripper. My skin gets fatigued from wearing it all day long. But... the SR itself is a phenomenal product, and thankfully the Chris gripper works well with it.
Also, I was not a fan of 9 ounces or above. For me, it felt like it was a little too much. I think that 4.5 ounces is the perfect weight for me. It helps give the device a nice vertical hang; it mitigates the head getting pushed backwards; it doesn't hurt; it diesn't slip. I think I'm going to stick with the 4.5 ounce steel bulge for the rest of my restoration journey.
