Are these things really this cheap these days?

Okay so these aren’t the fastest, and the looks are subjective. But it’s an Italian V8 coupe with a stick with only 64k miles for $13k. Are these things hideously unreliable or hard to work on? Has the Maserati brands recent tarnishment affected values of their older cars too? Discuss…
