Digital game renting

Hello guys so I recently bought a ps5 and wanted some help regarding digital game renting.

I found a source lending some games on monthly basis at a good rate.he has offered gow ragnarok at 450 a month.this source was supported by a certain youtuber and is believed to be legit.before actually getting the game i wanted some advice as i have heard about multiple account and console ban. Obviously i cannot afford my console getting banned and i asked the dealer about it to which he said that none of his accounts have faced that.

So should i go ahead with it or not?
