TW: Placental abruption question

For anyone who has had a placental abruption, what are the symptoms months after having it? Because nurses and doctors didn't tell me what could happen! I'm having extreme cramps and even having sex hurts at times (but not all the time!). And these cramps hurt very bad and it makes me wanna roll onto my bed and just sleep. It hurts so much. I don't know anything about what happens after a placental abruption. And it hurts. It feels like contractions but I'm not pregnant anymore! If anyone's wondering, yes, my baby is okay.
