Positive experience after anatomy scan retest

Hi everyone! I had my anatomy scan yesterday and all went generally well. Active baby, good heart rate, no obvious markers for birth defects other than one thing. There was a tiny hole in the baby’s heart.

My obgyn didn't seem too worried but she wants to rescan on a better ultrasound at the hospital and do the NIPT test for chromosomal abnormalities. (We initially decided against NIPT because we don't want to know the gender and would raise a child of they have down syndrome.)

Did anyone have a similar experience with a hole in the heart and have it turn out fine/go away before birth?
