Lost a good chunk of my savings in Intraday 🥺

Hi guys, like the title says. I am currently jobless because I am preparing for my MBA entrance. I had saved up some money from my last job and decided to try my hands in intraday. There have been good days definitely where I have even made a profit of 5k per day but then I lost around 20k when the market got corrected a few days back. And in my aggressive need to recover that 20k, until now I have lost a total of 60k.

Obviously 60k is a HUGE amount for me because like I mentioned, currently I don’t even have a job. I am not even being able to focus on my studies anymore because of this.

Is there a way I can recover this money? Should I keep trying intraday or should I invest in some short term stocks? And any short term stocks that you guys can suggest?

I haven’t even informed anyone at home about this because I don’t know want to depress them also with this news. But the fact that I can’t even share this with anyone is eating me up.

Please help an amateur out.
