Need help with finding a mouse!

Not sure if this is the right place but I am looking to upgrade my mouse but fall rather short in the knowledge department. My current mouse is a logitech G9x and is great but no thumb buttons. I really only need one thumb button for a ptt button. I use a 1600 dpi setting for most things so any mouse that can do that would work. The issue: I palm grip my mouse and every mouse I seem to loook at is way to small!
