Issue with sesky perfumes.

I have used Sesky's perfumes and one thing I noticed that whenever I use sesky's product idk why but acne/pimples comeout on me neck and on those areas where I have used the perfume. It maybe only with me if my skin has issues with any chemical they use or oil or maybe it's the alcohol they use. Has anyone issued this problem?
