found a 4080 super pcb on the road

I found a asus tuf rtx 4080 super on the road. but its just the pcb i did a quick test no heatsink to see if it still worked and it did. should i watercool it or just buy a replacement manufacture cooler wanting to hit 3ghz on core and a memory oc
