OnePlus watch 2 not connecting to phone?

My OnePlus watch 2 recently disconnected from my OnePlus 12 phone for some reason, and it now will not reconnect. I cannot get them to find each other over bluetooth for some reason, even though every other device pairing works over the phone.

Things I've tried: Updating ohealth app. Updating watch interface. Restarting phone. Restarting watch. Turning Bluetooth off and back on on both devices. Pairing via Bluetooth in settings. Pairing via ohealth app.

Any help would be appreciated.
