im loosing any motivation i ever had
till about 2 months it was normal for me to train 10-12 times per week, went to fitness, wwnt running, cycling, swimming and stuff then i started at a ironman and after that i stopped for a few weeks to regenerate ever since i lost any motivation to train, i dont work or have school at the moment and just stay at home i love to do sport i know it will feel great when im outside but i just cant get the motivation go go outside its annoying to do anything, get out of bed
now after thinking about it, it wasn't just the last months its since my ex and i broke up about 2 years ago till now i had to train bc of my school now that i dont have to im just loosing the motivation to move and start to do something...
