Help how do i tell my mom...

I, 14 (15 in may) was SA'd last year (2024 summer) by my boyfriend at the time but didnt realize till 2025 (january) by making me do stuff with him even if i said no,saying "if you love me youll do it" ik its a serious topic but i cant bring myself to tell my mom...my fear of being judged is so bad i have panic attacks. my friends know. but i seriously cant brring myself to tell mom.
